PARiConnect’s no-hassle verification tool will reduce errors and save you from generating a report on an invalid response set. View and edit client demographic information prior to generating a report, especially helpful if a birthdate or last name was entered incorrectly.

When entering responses from a paper-and-pencil administration, PARiConnect offers two verification options: you may manually re-enter item responses in a second column to avoid a response mismatch or allow the system to audibly read back responses item-by-item to verify accurate item entry.

Furthermore, i-Admins can be used for any instrument within a product family, allowing you to decide whether to use products like the BRIEF teacher or parent form as you see fit.

Data is encrypted for secure transmission and storage
Patient identification data are protected with TLS 1.2 encryption, and all internal PARiConnect communications are performed behind a firewall. All systems are hosted at a Flexential data center that is centrally located to our U.S. Customer base. In addition, PAR complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, certified to adhere to privacy and security principles outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce to meet EU privacy concerns.

PARiConnect requires a Windows®-based or Mac®desktop or laptop computer with an Internet connection and the latest version of one of the following Web browsers: Chrome™, Safari®, or Firefox®. PARiConnect also runs on Internet Explorer® version 11. In addition, PARiConnect will run on any version of the full size Apple® iPad® with the latest version of Safari.

Add clients individually, by group, or by clinician. Whether you enter information by hand or import information from a CSV file, your client roster can be organized in the way that best fits your needs.
The client’s home screen has everything you need to know
A home screen for each client displays client details like demographic information, a list of completed assessments, general notes you’ve made, and issues that may need your attention. In addition, you’ll see a list of available reports.

PARiConnect allows you to create groups of clients. Organize clinicians with their own client rosters, as well.
Change labels as needed
Account settings allow you to customize the labels used throughout the system to better suit your purposes. For example, personalize terms like client or student, depending on your setting.

New filter capabilities allow you to easily search by assessment, Client ID, name, and more. Save your most-used assessments under “My Favorites” and quickly bring up the tools you need.

Enterprise Manager
Large organizations in need of multiple accounts housed under one umbrella can rely on the Enterprise Manager feature. This allows you to import information in large batches, move client and clinician data from one account to another, and export assessment protocol data from multiple groups of participants across any of your organization’s linked accounts. PARiConnect makes it simple to share inventory, juggle a caseload, and remotely gather and access data across accounts.

Import information in large batches
To invite large groups of clinicians or to add clients to your account, simply import a list into your PARiConnect account, and the system takes it from there. Clinicians are assigned default permissions (which can be changed on a clinician-by-clinician basis) and are sent auto-generated e-mail invitations.

To share inventory among clinicians or accounts, simply select the assessments you want to transfer and move them with the click of a button.
Work with what you already have
If a caseload needs to be adjusted, a clinician leaves one group for another, or client information needs to be removed or transferred, simply export client and clinician data from one account to another without any interruption in services or workflow.
